Diego Rivera. Mexican passion
June 2nd tot October 23rd 2011
Diego Rivera, an extraordinary being with a fantastic personality portrayed by Frida Kahlo, was ever a revolutionary fighter with an endless curiosity, a tireless investigator of everything and completely lacking in prejudice.
This exhibition features a selection of works in which visitors can follow Diego Rivera’s four stages of development —academic, impressionist, cubist and figurative— in portraits, landscapes, still lifes, nudes, paintings of local manners and customs, drawings and sketches.
